Today, I was walking up the stairs for a doctor appointment. It was just a normal spiral staircase, nothing out of the ordinary. That was, until I began struggling to get the stairs. By the time I got upstairs to my appointment, I was heavily panting trying to gain control of my breathing. The front is all glass, and the receptionist saw me and rushed out to give me water. I told her I was fine, but could barely get the words out so she rushed me to a seat and sat me down. There were so many people waiting it was such a commotion I was mortified! Has my gain really become that intense that even normal tasks like going up stairs is enough of a workout to make me want to faint? Insane how out of control I’ve become.

Just woke up feeling super huge and uncomfortably bloated and I was trying to figure out why (as if eating like a pig wasn’t enough). I ordered two cakes from a bakery and looked up the calories as I ate them both within 3 hours of each other… I consumed 1,200 calories strictly in cake yesterday. Not including ANYTHING else. Jfc what a mindless hog. It’s so hot to get myself like this 🥵
