Another workout complete, more cardio and core exercises, tomorrow all core with a lot of twists and pulling. I haven’t recorded myself doing my exercises cause I’m not used to being on camera to that extent yet, but I may try sometime soon.

I really enjoy this mustard yellow and black (yes, I know, Black n’ Yellow) look. I am surprised how well the mustard compliments my skin tone, in the shade, the sun, lighting of my room and malls. I was fortunate enough to score the top from Urban Planet, the long black sweater trench from Urban Behaviour along with the accessories. Shopping for myself, by myself is nerve racking and a little (hugely) on the spot if staff talk to me, I know with time, I will be and get more comfortable, but cause this is all still new I swear I can’t stop sweating. Flashback to 2018, my new understanding on life and who I am came out of the darkness and into the light. This sexy little red dress was not my first but among them. I don't wear red often, its not a favourite colour and I don't have much to match with it. This dress was given to me along with a small wardrobe of outfits from my dearest friend, he may not be nearby but he will always be near to me.
