Good morning / good evening !!!
This photo was a capture on the day of my birthday ... On January 18th just 1 week ago. This day was a miracle in so many ways - with so much love surrounding me both in person and virtually!!!
Sadly, prior to this day I was in the local hospital for a while due to a bacterial infection.
And then after my birthday I had a relapse with the infection again.
This past month is the longer period of time I have gone without using social media.
BUT! I am ready to return! Tomorrow I want to begin sharing STUNNING new captures with you again and give you more of an update!

You must be wondering - what happened to Polina? As I haven’t posted in a few days (probably my longest hiatus you’ve ever seen on this platform)...
Unfortunately, I fell quite sick a few days ago. My mom and I both. NOT with COVID. Thankfully!
We will be alright 🙏🏼 although without giving you too many details I will just tell you that we had to make a trip to the hospital over the last few days.
Here is a photo I captured just 1 day before I felt unwell!
Today, I’m feeling better and I should be nearly back to normal within 24-48 hours. And by back to normal, I mean I will look and feel as healthy and athletic as I did when capturing this photo ❤️
I have so much I want to share with you guys - thank you so much for supporting me and always being patient!

I have been a bit off the internet grid the last few days ... I was in transit to see my family for the Holidays. And also, I have just been in need of some time to recharge again after a turbulent few weeks of non-stop projects!
But I wanted to finally share this song/video I recorded and filmed for you recently (the song is written by someone very close and dear to me -- my brother from another mother @stephenvoyce) ❤️ and he and I both wanted to be able to share something with our friends / fans / followers / fellow humans - to remind you that YOU ARE NOT ALONE 🥰🥺❤️ ESPECIALLY during these troubled times!
I think it's easy to even look at someone like myself and assume " Wow...look at her! She must have a great life and she probably never has a down day" but let me tell you guys -- I don't know if you have read one of the big paragraphs I have typed under one of my last posts about how hard I worked throughout all of my 20's and my entire life and all of the challenges I have faced so far really - to be able to do the things I love and to make a living off of it ... but honestly, the number of "LONELY" moments that I have had throughout my life have been ... way more than I could ever count ... I know first hand what it is like to feel ... anxious, lonely, or even just ... lost.
But EVERY DAY I keep fighting the good fight - I work on my projects, I express myself, I CREATE FOR YOU GUYS, AND I create for my own love of the craft!
And so, once again, I just want to tell you -- that YOU are NOT ALONE ... and you are loved and you MATTER!
Even just by being part of my journey and by being inspired by the craft that I create, you guys are A PART OF ME! Isn't that amazing to think about?
You guys help me to never feel alone ... and I can only hope to be able to do the same for you!
Thank you for allowing me to inspire, excite and invigorate you!
