I think it’s no secret that I’m a weirdo. Ive been through a lot. In a fast five years and I’ve grown immensely through identifying my pain and past and who it made me. I kinda had no choice as I was a new mom in the process of the chaos. Whatever I did I had to make sure I was coping faster and making a life for the life I was now responsible for. No secret I’m a single mom. Im free this evening. I got a great workout in, now headed to my salon to open it back up and get through the state board regulations checklists. AKA...clean! Harnessing mixed emotions as I have enjoyed being naked 99% of my days this past few months lol. Amongst other things. But the show must go on. My clients and Studio tenants are banging down the doors! And I’ve gotta pay the rent too. Now there is no laws saying this..but the world would certainly be better place if there was..Don’t take shortcuts in life and become a negative draining energy to all that you encounter. Because when you shortcut the ppl around you and the things you do suffer too. YUCK Honestly, finding a way to feel gratitude for the shit you go through everyday AND putting it to use is pretty much the key to health, happiness and success. Read this silly aggressively truthful personal mantra that helps me. Then add to it, make it your own. Reread it out loud to yourself daily until it fucking sticks in your pre-conscious actions. Call yourself out, love your flaws, thank them, then plot twist! Figure out how to destroy them for good. Pump yourself the fuck up every day with no excuse to do less than your best. Milfys Morning Mantra- SLOW DOWN. Don’t take your mortal existence too seriously. The shit you are stressing is way less important than your body and soul! Nurture those first. Be a good human to yourself too. Do your damn best everyday. Dont abuse yourself when your best isnt enough. Don’t poison ur body. Rest but don’t be lazy. Stop complaining. Don’t take anything personally. Help others but don’t over give. Wait. Be patient. Put things away when they need to marinate. Watch and see what happens. Make choices that are clean, holistic, aligned and healthy in all areas. SLOW Your mouth and mind. Cut and don’t engage in any bullshit narratives with yourself or others. You wouldn’t let someone else bullshit you so stop doing it and holding yourself back. It’s not gonna be easy, you want to build too much for the building to be easy. You know you aren’t stopping so “Suck it up buttercup” and always be actively healing as you push and challenge yourself. Coddling is useless but make sure you tackle pain and trauma with love and compassion for yourself too. Every day is important. Even if you do nothing. Do it purposefully.
