I’m posting these to hold myself accountable because I got fat over the past few weeks. Travel really screwed my eating and workout schedule and I’m not letting it happen again 😑😑 my weight fluctuates very easily and I have to stay on top of everything or this happens. 🤦🏼♀️ Not fishing for compliments or anything.
