I can see it coming back and I’m so grateful. I been going on this journey with y’all so I decided to just post it. I can’t wait to see next week after this week of heavy working out and I’m adding extra nutrients in my diet this week. I wasn’t really watching what I ate just cutting back which is great there is lots of room for improvement. Thank you for rocking with me 🥰
