Sometimes the hair lifts “well” enough to not need a toner/glaze, but I always go back in with a glaze to polish an already beautiful raw blonde! Toner will seal the cuticle after stress from lightening, cancel out unwanted tones, add beautiful tone, adds shine & makes everything better. ☀️😇 Also featured is a weird lil color sploop that looks like a perfect lifesaver. 🤓
