So with my car troubles this morning (which is time, money and missing the gym), let’s circle back to the “tips workout day” idea. It probably makes sense to start off with one workout (e.g. squats) and have tips be for the amount of reps. All tips accumulated in 24hrs (? Or pitch your suggestion) translate in how many reps I need to do in the following 12-24hrs (? Or pitch your suggestion). Reps are to be recorded with a piece of paper displaying the date, time, reps, etc (wearing only undies if at home). And if I can’t complete the amount of reps, as my punishment I need to.. (? Pitch ideas, e.g. freebies to those who tipped). Thoughts?
