Then I think about how hard it would be to get what a want; water view, high ceilings, close to an airport, close to the major highway (but not close enough to hear), etc. Along with the extra work and money that goes into maintaining a yard, exterior of the house, roof replacement, more space to clean and maintain.. The grass is always greener in one way or another, but in reality I have a pretty nice space that I am grateful to have.
