I'm beyond grateful that with how shit keeps happening I get better and better at brushing it off and focusing on the silver linings. Someone tried taking advantage of me this weekend; because a bartender noticed I was too fucked up for two beers, they took care of me seeing me off in an Uber when I otherwise wouldn't have been able to take care of myself. $800+ in contents of and in my purse, changed the locks so the person with my address on my drivers license wouldn't also have keys to my home and waiting on my cards to come in the mail. If I’m being honest, I’m upset that I’ve lost three gifts; things you can’t just replace. We all have shit in our lives; if you can, focus on the silver linings and don't stress over things that you may have little or no control over.
