


Sweating is one of our body’s primary means of removing toxins. I guess peeing is probably #1. Today’s world is beautiful and super messes up at the same time! Toxins are everywhere but fortunately these amazing bodies have built in systems for removing them! How cool is that? A 20 minutes sauna, especially after a workout, goes a long way to keep you clean and beautiful! And don’t be too quick to rinse off because even though the sweat has toxins in it, your skin is smart and it will suck some of the good stuff back in and leave out the rest! If you don’t have access to a sauna, an extra hot bath will work just fine :)
