Back in the dayyy, I used to do this thing called Movie Monday. It was more YouTube style full length videos (most of which are still available for free to view under the ‘Movie Monday’ wall album on @disneyyrose13 ). However I discontinued it since it was a lot to film these videos for free every single week on top of my XXX content. Nowadays, I make sure to put more effort into balancing my time between work, family, friends, and myself. Monday Motivation will be either a short clip, a new quote, or just some potentially inspirational shindig I post every Monday morning going forward to boost us into an AMAZING week together! This is a timelapse of a 20 minute yoga flow I did, just focusing on breathing, mindfulness, and of course looking sexy and strong for you! I encourage you to find at least 10 minutes in your day today MOVING your body in ways you don’t normally. Take a walk somewhere new, drop to the floor and give me 20, or just simply reach your arms over head right now to better your circulation. I love you, and I hope we can continue to grow together.
