Sometimes, when you’re healing from any kind of trauma, it’s ok to let yourself sleep for 12 hours straight. That was me last night/today. 😂 It’a necessary for healing and only becomes counterproductive when you sleep in ever single day. The body only typically needs 8 hours of sleep, but rest can reset you in more ways than just physically.. so don’t fight it when you know you need more zzzzs. Also- the weight is still slowly returning and I think it’s going to my tiddies. 🙈💕
