I’ve been going through some tough family situations the last few days, and some personal mental health stuff that’s been heightened by the isolation and lack of outlets lately. I’ve been talking to a therapist. 💁🏼♀️ (HIT READ MORE👇🏼) Just know i will sometimes need to retreat and make space for introspection, to read a book, work on art, study.. tend my garden. (There’s also a stripper pole on there. 👀) Anyways! Lets focus on more of the positive! ✨ Were one day closer to NOT being on lock-down! ✨ The weather is warming up, flowers are blooming. ✨ It’s rare for portland to not be raining in the spring but this whole week is looking Gorgeous so i can get out and ride my motorcycle and enjoy some fresh air. ✨ I just cleaned the fuck out of my room and now im going take a quick shower and then put some lotion all over my body. (Selfcare sunday) ✨ And my phone camera tripod should come in today at some point (Booty lotioning video coming soon) Also.. if anyone wants to do a virtual happy hour (live) on here with me sometime I’ll be doing one soon.
