Sometimes, when you’re healing from any kind of trauma, it’s ok to let yourself sleep for 12 hours straight. That was me last night/today. 😂 It’a necessary for healing and only becomes counterproductive when you sleep in ever single day. The body only typically needs 8 hours of sleep, but rest can reset you in more ways than just physically.. so don’t fight it when you know you need more zzzzs. Also- the weight is still slowly returning and I think it’s going to my tiddies. 🙈💕

Got myself a cute lil’ cheap motel room. STORY TIME! : Driving day #1 after like 2 hours of sleep SUCKED! Lol. Not even 30 miles in and I had mechanical difficulties.. had to call roadside assistance.. they had me on hold for 2 hours then waiting for another hour. Then I proceeded to lock the keys inside the cab. 😂 I was able to retrieve them through a crack in the window, using a magnet, but damn... today was unexpectedly stressful. On top of all that the truck does not want to charge my phone with either of the outlets it has. 😭 So I can’t play my music without using up my battery that I need for directions and other resources. Buuut, I’m figuring it out. 😅 Can’t wait to be home and relax. (I’m trying to get back to as many DMs as I can tonight but I will probably pass out soon.)
